Customize Your User ID Today!

Existing Users

1. Login to our website using current User ID and Password
2. Click on "My Profile" under “My Home” tab
3. Click "Edit" beside User ID, or select "User ID" in the menu on the left
4. Enter the new User ID, and click on submit

You will receive an e-mail from our website to confirm your User ID has been changed.

New User?

1. Obtain Account Access User ID, which is located on your Franklin Templeton Investments statement of account and confirmation, and the last four digits of your SIN. You will then be required to provide us with some personal information that will be matched to your profile for secure access.
   
   If you do not have a User ID, please contact our Client Relations team:
   Client Relations toll free at 1-800-387-0830, available, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
2. On the homepage, click “Investor Account Access”, then click “Register Now” on the Investor Login page
3. Enter your Account Access User ID and the last 4 digit of your SIN
4. Follow the registration process
5. In Step 5: Customize your online account access User ID (Optional), enter the User ID that you want to use going forward
6. Continue and finish the registration process
