The Voice of the Shareholder

The Canadian Coalition for Good Governance is a not-for-profit corporation. The Coalition has 33 members with approximately $550 billion in total assets under management. The Coalition's goals are to promote the best corporate governance practices in Canada and to align the interests of boards and management with those of the shareholder. Franklin Templeton Investments is a founding member of the Coalition.
